Welcome to CrankyCup.com. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By using our site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Orders & Payment
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, due to suspected fraud or product unavailability).
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are queued, roasted and shipped within 2 days of purchase. Shipping times vary by carrier and location and normally range from 1 - 5 days. Cranky Cup is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you’re not satisfied, contact us within 3 days of delivery at cranky@crankycup.com or (706) 960-8652. Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All text, logos, images, and product names on CrankyCup.com are property of Cranky Cup LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. User Conduct
- Do not interfere with or disrupt website functionality.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Do not use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
7. Disclaimer
All content and products are provided “as is.” Cranky Cup makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cranky Cup LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our site or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
