& Return Policy

We like to keep things simple — and honest. Coffee is perishable, which means once it leaves our hands, it’s on a one-way trip to your mug. For that reason, we don’t accept returns.
That said, we’re not monsters — just mildly caffeinated perfectionists. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re genuinely dissatisfied, reach out and we’ll make it right. We may ask for a photo, an explanation, or a quick note about what went wrong (because we actually read them). Once we review the issue, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever keeps your coffee routine running smoothly.
We roast everything fresh to order and want every bag to live up to its Cranky name (in the best way possible).

Cranky Cup reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests if we suspect misuse, excessive refund claims, or if you simply changed your mind. We’re here to make great coffee, not paperwork.
