We like to keep things simple - If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re genuinely dissatisfied, reach out and we’ll make it right. Coffee is perishable so no need need to ship it back, but we may ask for a photo, an explanation, or a quick note about what went wrong (because we actually read them).


Once we review the issue, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever keeps your coffee routine running smoothly.


We want every bag to live up to its Cranky name (in the best way possible).
